A warm and welcoming family of two adults and one child is seeking an experienced, caring and proactive live-out nanny for a permanent, full-time position.

The family is initially based in BR6 and is likely to relocate to Central London from mid-2027. They are looking for a dedicated nanny who is confident caring for babies, enjoys supporting a child's development and can become a valued part of the family's routine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing attentive, nurturing and developmentally appropriate care throughout the day.
  • Managing all aspects of the child's daily routine, including feeding, play, activities and outings.
  • Preparing and maintaining a stimulating, safe and happy environment for the child.
  • Washing, ironing and organising the child's clothes.
  • Supporting bath time and assisting with the bedtime routine as required.
  • Encouraging the child's learning, independence and development through age-appropriate activities.
  • Driving the child to activities and appointments as required.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven professional nanny experience, particularly with babies.
  • Be warm, reliable, organised and genuinely passionate about childcare.
  • Be confident managing a child's daily routine independently.
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and be a confident driver.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, particularly in view of the family's anticipated move to Central London.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Be looking for a long-term, permanent position.

 

Start Date

The anticipated start date is December 2026, although the family may be willing to appoint the right candidate earlier.
