Overview
We are seeking an experienced, professional and discreet live out Housekeeper to support a private family based
in London, with occasional travel to the countryside and Europe. This is a stable, long-term position supporting
a multi-generational family across homes, some of which have pets and children. The role suits a highly
organised, proactive individual who is comfortable working independently while also supporting the wider
household when required.

Candidate Profile
• Several years of experience in a similar private household role
• High attention to detail and excellent housekeeping standards
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive, confident and professional manner
• Discreet and respectful of privacy at all times
• Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Household Responsibilities
• Maintain exceptionally high cleaning standards throughout the property
• Confident processing laundry, including a significant volume of cashmere, efficient with ironing
• Confident preparation of breakfast each morning
• Happy to prepare light lunch and dinner, which would be advantageous but is not essential
• General daily upkeep of the London residence including organisation and shopping
• Running errands as required
• Operating household technology such as TVs and security systems
• Taking meter readings and assisting with basic maintenance tasks
• Willingness and flexibility to travel with the family between homes in the UK and abroad, including
occasional trips to Europe for up to two weeks at a time, with plenty of notice given
Hours and Flexibility
This is a full-time role, and the ideal candidate will be looking for 30 to 35 hours a week, with a flexible working pattern depending
on where the family are based. Regular weekend work will be required, approximately two weekends per
month, with time given off in lieu. The successful candidate should be comfortable with a variable schedule.
