A house manager is required for a family who have a number of households ranging in size from 3 – 5 bedrooms and you will be required to manage these and oversee the private service employees and the work of service contractors.
You will be responsible for the management of household schedules and identifying home maintenance and repair work.
Knowledge and previous experience in the areas of house maintenance and general cleaning is essential for this role along with high standards and an eye for detail.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar, house management position and absolute discretion is essential.
You will be required to be on call outside of normal working hours including weekends. The role will initially be a 6 month contract followed by annual renewals.
A fully furnished separate apartment will be provided along with a car for business and personal use.
