Our client is looking for an experienced, calm and organised estate manager with excellent and effective people management skills.
The duties are many and varied and will include:
Negotiating and managing maintenance contracts.
Managing designated projects.
Manage, control and reporting on budgets and expenditure.
Managing the insurances
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the running of a large, busy estate, staff management, contractor maintenance and scheduling and will have a good knowledge of business and social protocol.
You will need a flexible approach to work and be able to work weekends and evenings if needed.
A separate cottage is available and partners are fine. Pets will be considered.
