After endless frustrating experiences with other agencies I went to Massey's for help finding a live-in housekeeper/nanny. Within 48 hours, Fatima sent me CVs of 3 excellent candidates who actually met the criteria I was looking and within 10 days I had offered the job to the successful candidate who is still with us 3 years on! I hired a part-time housekeeper in 2016. Massey found us an incredibly good fit. The housekeeper understood exactly our (slightly unusual) needs and was willing to got the extra mile to help our family when circumstances warranted it.
