We would like to share with you the reasons why the vast majority of our introductions are successful.
We take time to learn about your household and requirements. By listening carefully and using our experience to ask the right questions, we get to know the extent and type of work involved. We also discover the level of responsibility your staff will bear and the special skills they may require.
We create a job description and candidate profile so we are clear what your new employee will do and the skills, experience and personality he or she needs to bring to the job.
We carefully match your requirements by searching our large database of checked and interviewed candidates and presenting you with their CVs; which include our comments and, uniquely, extracts from their references.
We only introduce you to candidates that closely match your requirements. We do not send out large numbers of CVs for you to read and filter. That is our job and, we believe, one of the main reasons you have decided to use the services of an agency, such as ours, in the first place.
We guide you through the remaining process. We will arrange interviews and, advise on market pay rates. If you decide to engage one of our candidates, we can provide you with an employment contract template, carry out CRB checks, give general advice on employee issues and recommend you to a payroll bureau specialising in household staff.
